Developed by Almacantar and designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects. The Bryanston is a collection of 54 luxury residences ranging from one to six bedrooms on the doorstep of the West End, with cinematic views of Europe’s greatest city park. The impeccably designed apartments feature 3m high ceilings, large picture frame windows, generous proportions and cutting-edge technology.
Alongside a dedicated concierge team, The Bryanston offers two floors of harmoniously designed residents’ amenities. These include a gym, pool, spa, business suite, cinema room and children’s play space. The reception is bright and welcoming with ambient music via Crestron Excite in-ceiling speakers. Concierge and security operate twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Smartcomm was appointed to deliver the outstanding Audio Visual solutions and automation technology for the apartments, amenity areas and reception.
