This stunning cinema is one of the amenities of the deluxe Denizen Development, created by Taylor Wimpey PLC, one of the largest British based house building companies. The Denizen is a sophisticated selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the heart of the City of London, close to the Barbican. Residents are offered a range of private amenities which include a games room, study and a wonderful private cinema.
The cinema needed to provide the best viewing experience possible and be easy to use for both staff and Residents. All aspects of the room are easily and intuitively controlled through the Crestron control system. The luxurious private Residents’ cinema features a 110” fixed frame Acoustically Transparent Projecta Projection Screen with a 2.4:1 Ratio. This provides the perfect surface for the Native 4K JVC cinema projector. This cinema may be small, but it packs an audio punch with a 7.4.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound system.The project was completed on time and within budget.
