Announcing the winners of our 2022 Employee Awards
Outstanding Service Award
We’d like to congratulate Chris Dixon and Richard Wakefield for receiving our Outstanding Service Award 2022. Chris and Richard form our Technical Warehouse Team. The last year has been incredibly challenging with supply chain issues, which has had a huge impact on our warehousing. However, the team have done an outstanding job, running a very tight ship which has meant we have been able to meet project targets.
Above and Beyond Award 2022
Well done to Julian Brewer and Team for receiving our Above and Beyond Award 2022 (this award was collected by Ben Courtier on Julian’s behalf). Julian and his team work very long hours to complete jobs and ensure we exceed client expectations.
What are these Awards?
We are lucky to have a fine team of hard working dedicated staff. There are some employees who consistently stand out and deliver excellent results, show exceptional dedication and have gone far above and beyond their remit. For these individuals, the Smartcomm Management Team felt it was important to present awards in recognition of their performance and effort on behalf of Smartcomm.
The 2022 Employee awards were discussed and decided upon by our Management Team, they are presented at our Smartcomm Christmas Party in early December. Though we may also present awards at our Summer Conference. Having the awards presented at one of these events allows us to both celebrate the achievements of our winners and share their achievements to a wider audience.
