At the Smartcomm Christmas Event Jade Hirshfeld was presented with the Smartcomm Employee of the Year 2016 award by Steven Worrell, the Smartcomm MD. Jade is known for her great attitude, willingness to help, bubbly personality and proactive mindset e.g. Jade organised the charity lunch to raise money which helped her family member.
