Our VNOC – Virtual Network Operations Centre – offers a number of advantages for Smartcomm and our customer base. We have the ability to proactively monitor systems, and our remote resolution capabilities mean we can often correct potential issues, before they become problems for our customers. GPS tracking means we can allocate engineering resources efficiently and effectively, which is a real benefit when there there is an emergency call out. These features have allowed us to increase response times, reduce equipment downtime and improve customer satisfaction.
As the VNOC is open 24/7, we can also fully support our Global customers. We can offer one support contact point world wide and provide real time reporting and support management information. Having a dedicated team will simplify your processes, speed up response times and generate cost efficiencies.

Emergency and Ad Hoc Call Out Options
Have an issue and it’s the weekend? Need help at midnight? No problem! If you have a contract with us, please call our Out of Office Emergency Support Number, on our Contact Us page.
Please be aware of the additional call out charges incurred by dialing Smartcomm’s out of hours support. Call costs depend on your calling plan and if you are calling from a mobile, your additional standard network charge will be applied.
If you do not have a Support Agreement but require our expertise and advice, we are happy to help and offer one off call outs or blocks of support hours without the need to commit to a contract. HOWEVER we cannot offer out-of-hours call outs without a contract.
We can help with all AV systems, however big or small, whether installed by us at Smartcomm, your own team or an alternative integrator.

Onsite Support
Smartcomm specialise in the delivery of fully managed onsite support services, should this be a business requirement. Our technicians are highly skilled, customer facing trained professionals who take pride in everything they do.

- Highly skilled on site technician(s) to fit into your team and work within your company.
- Locum support to cover absences for sickness and holiday.
- Defined and managed scope of work (e.g. room set up, meeting support, reactive response to faults, daily proactive room checks and reporting).
- Support management, communication and reporting from our Service delivery team.
- Support desk – allowing us to deliver you a continuous high level of service.
