Job Title: Onsite Service Support Engineer

Our outstanding Service and Support team are looking for two experienced Onsite Service Engineers. One is for a client in London and the other is for a client in Manchester. Onsite Smartcomm Service Engineers are based at our client sites. Fully supported by our team, they provide onsite support, organise maintenance visits and manage offsite repairs. They collate and administer tickets, records and asset registers and ensure works are completed within the limits of the Service level Agreement.
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the AV sector. We are looking for someone with good communication and time management skills and a strong focus on quality of service and delivery.

Our dynamic Service and Support team are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer. Essentially our senior field service engineers attend all servicing, maintenance and breakdown visits and administer all the relevant documentation.
If you enjoy using your engineering skills in many different environments, from super prime residences to high tech office environments and are looking for a role which offers something new every day, this might be the job for you. You will need proven experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the AV sector and good communication and time management skills. You will also need a strong focus on quality of service and delivery.

Focussed? Enthusiastic? Organised and experienced in administrative support? We might have just the job for you. We are looking for our next Project Administrator to support our Commercial Team. The role will include the production and maintenance of various project documents and other administrative tasks like booking meeting rooms and organising deliveries.

Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our friendly QS team are looking for a well-rounded individual, who is keen to learn and progress within the team. This role will provide assistance in the control of all commercial aspects of our customer and sub–contractor contracts. It will be varied and interesting.
To be successful in this role you will need a good head for figures, to be confident and be able to communicate well. While some knowledge of surveying practices and experience of AV would be advantageous, it is not essential. Full support and training will be provided.

Job Title: Service and Support Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Service & Support Co-ordinator to join our office based Service & Support team. We need someone who understands superb customer service and has great organisation and communication skills, over telephone and email. This role helps us support our clients, from residential high net-worth individuals to global corporations with their AV systems and solutions.
Good computer skills are essential, in particular experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, ideally up to intermediate level. This is an office based job and training will be provided as necessary. For the full job spec, please see below.
